Scuba Diving | Blue Heron Bridge
It's a beautiful Saturday to be scuba diving at the Blue Heron Bridge in West Palm Beach. There must be a hundred divers out here today. We also had the pleasure of meeting photojournalist Suzan Meldonian, author of the book "Under The Bridge | The Creatures of a Costal Inlet".

Suénalo | The Bamboo Room in Lake Worth
My wife and I went to the Bamboo Room last night in Lake Worth to see the Afro-Cuban, hip-hop, R&B, Latin, funk, and unmistakably Miami band called Suénalo. If you ever get the chance to see them live, you gotta go! This band is excellent to see live!

Pork Mofongo at Puerto Cabana | West Palm Beach
My wife and I had lunch today at a Puerto Rican/Cuban cafe called Puerto Cabana located on the northwest corner of Okeechobee and Haverhill. Just a few doors down from Guitar Center. We had the Sopa de Pollo (Cuban style chicken soup) and Pork Mofongo (a Puerto Rican dish of mashed plantains with garlic, olive oil, and pork cracklings). Great food!
